US$600 per private boat · Up to 12 guests.
Booking: 30% deposit; selected extras paid in full at booking. Balance due on the day of the trip, before departure. Card, cash or BTC accepted.
Cancellation: For advance bookings, cancel 7+ days before departure for a full deposit refund; later cancellation gives credit for 12 months, subject to availability. If booked less than 7 days before departure, your deposit is non-refundable and cannot be converted into credit. No-shows forfeit the deposit. Read the full Booking & Cancellation Policy.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We, the signatories of this disclosure document, fully understand that we are boarding a fishing boat for sport fishing or open-water boating. I understand and assume the risks and dangers associated with navigation on the high seas. These risks and dangers include, but are not limited to, the following: -Sun, rain, storms, sun rays, sea spray, and any other weather conditions; dizziness (motion sickness), pitching and rolling; slippery and wet decks, injuries, internal or external, from embarking and disembarking from the vessel; fish on deck, gear and fishing gear, and the unintentional conduct of other people on the boat. -I understand and agree that I will not hold the captain, crew, or operating company responsible for the risks and dangers of fishing and navigation on the high seas. I expressly release them from all such risks and dangers. Furthermore, I am not in possession of any illegal substances, and I release the captain, crew, and operating company from any liability for any illegal actions I take on the ship. Finally, I certify and promise that I do not own any electronic equipment, GPS Y, or Loran device. -I also understand that this trip is not recommended for people with pre-existing conditions, such as circulatory problems; high blood pressure without prescription, heart disease; and pregnancy. And, weak bones. And, knee, back, or ankle problems. – I have read these terms and conditions, general release, waiver agreement, and consent, and understand that it is a legal document designed to inform me of the risks and release the captain, crew, and operating company from all liability for personal injury. injuries, mishaps, or omissions of conduct of other people within the boat (intentional or unintentional) and of the crew members (involuntary) during this Fishing Tour or trip on the high seas. -I agree that by making payment or placing my signature on the back of this page, it constitutes a waiver and disclosure of any fishing trip or tour.
