Fishing Charters at Vista Mar Marina, San Carlos, Panama
Every Majo Fishing Lodge charter and boat tour departs from Vista Mar Marina in San Carlos, on Panama’s Pacific Riviera, at Km 92 of the Pan-American Highway. It is our only departure point: we do not run trips from Panama City or from other marinas.
How to Get to Vista Mar Marina
- From Panama City: about an hour and a half west by road on the Pan-American Highway. Round-trip transportation from Panama City can be added when you book (US$300).
- From Coronado and Gorgona: a short drive west on the Pan-American Highway.
- From Río Hato, Playa Blanca and Buenaventura: a short drive east. Round-trip transportation from Buenaventura or Río Hato: US$100.
- After you book, we send you the meeting time and point by WhatsApp.

For Pro Fishing and multi-day trips we can arrange lodging at Vista Mar: a 2-bedroom apartment (US$250 per night), a 3–4 bedroom house with pool (US$500 per night) or the VIP House (US$1,200 per night). Guests also stay in Coronado, Río Hato, Playa Blanca and Buenaventura.
